Bear Round Up August 28

The Bear Round-Up is one of the favorite annual events the team hosts and this year will be no different! Players meet on the field for scrimmages against their teammates. It's a great opportunity to meet the coaching staff, other families, and the players that make up Poly Football. Attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs, umbrellas, lots of sunscreen, and cameras. There are a lot of great photo moments at the Bear Round-Up.

We'll be selling merchandise, taking program ads, offering Green and Orange membership packages, and taking snack bar donations.  It's a great day to meet other families, see the teams, and watch the coaches work with the Bears.  Kick off the season by attending Bear Round Up!

Bear Donations

Players must bring the following to the Bear Round Up:

• 1 Case of Water, AND
• 1 Case of Gatorade

Opportunity for Involvement

The Bear Round-Up has many places where you can get involved. We sell tattoos, Bear Wear, take orders for car stickers and personalized decals, and run a full-service snack bar. It takes a lot of parents and family members to host this event. It is also critical to the program as we use the morning for fundraising and membership information. Plus, there are a lot of wonderful families that are volunteering right alongside you! More information will be posted in the upcoming weeks, so check back often.
