Get Involved

The Green & Orange Booster Club depends on parents to volunteer to make the program work.  The Range of opportunities to support your student athlete are varied with many different activities to fit your preference, personality and time schedule. 

Single Day Events 

Bear Round-Up, Pancake Breakfast, Lift-a-Thon and Freshman Tournament

Open to all team parents - Freshman, JV and Varsity. We need volunteers to set up at the beginning of each of these events.  The time will vary depending on the event.  All events involve food preperation, serving food, cooking and clean up.

Home Game Volunteers 

Selling Parking, 50/50 Tickets, and Programs

Freshman and JV parents Preferred These positions are for the fun-at-heart and outgoing families - Parking
Take donations as vehicles enter the parking lot.  6:00 to Fourth Quarter 50/50 Tickets - selling raffle tickets to both sides of the field - starts at the beginning of the game - ends after 3rd Quarter. Selling Programs - Programs are sold at the entrance of the stadium and in the bleachers on both sides of the field.  Starts at 6:00 and ends during the fourth quarter.

Merchandise

Freshman and JV Games -all parents can participate Varsity Games - Freshman and JV Parents preferred This is a "two-part" job for organized volunteers - the first job is going to the games and setting up the table with the merchandise to be sold - starts 1/2 to 1 hour before the game and breakdown is after the 3rd Quarter. The second job is to keep the merchandise accounted for, we have a co-chair that will keep the inventory up - we need more volunteers. Merchandise is sold at all single day events and homecoming as well.

Snack Bar

Freshman and JV parents Preferred We all know what a snack bar is, and how much money it can generate in just one evening! Home team side and the visitors side have large snack bar areas.  Set up begins at approx. 4:00 PM - preparing food, getting ice chests full, etc. Stop selling at end of 3rd Quarter. Clean-up begins in the middle of 4th Quarter.
